Hell, at 25 I had $300k/yr 1099's, and being young and single..I spent it like it was stolen and I was trying to hide the evidence. If you want high hp, and to have a lot of fun with, reliability is going to up the cost, doing it right the first time is ALWAYS cheaper than skimping the first time. I'm working on a 700rw recipe for my '09 GT, and the blower alone is $7k, but it's cheaper than running a smaller headunit spun to it's limits constantly, and having no room to grow later on.
