He explained that the race version is necessary if the end user wants to drag race or sled pull. That's 8grand for that one. The towmaster everyone touts as useable for only 4400 is meant for towing with a stock/chipped truck. BTS is apparently the man when it comes to customer service after the sale. My biggest gripe there was I couldn't "earn" five minutes of their time to answer a question before I set a date. People said "oh, you don't need to.talk to him first..." or "the lady that answers the phone can answer that". Actually yea I do to the first and no she couldn't to the second quote. I know he doesn't need my business but one to three phone calls a day for three months and "he'll.call you back" after each one but no body ever did is my experience there. Take that how you will.
