It does. An '11 F-250 uses the dual-boost Garrett GT32 turbo; it has dual inlets and dual compressor wheels. One compressor is smaller to reduce lag, while the other is larger and provides boost under heavy loads/high RPM. This design was specifically chosen for the new (2011) 6.7 diesel due to it's near instantaneous response. The 2015+ turbo is a single compressor Garrett GT37. It produces more power and torque at higher load and engine speeds. One of the main issues with the GT32 was that it would run out of steam at high elevations; the GT37 remedies that. The only downside is more lag in the lower RPMs, the upside is better reliability and more peak power/torque output.
