Originally the truck had significant boost leaks, ran like ****, ran hot, blown injector orings, weak pump and more... Once the boost leaks were fixed as well as a list of other issues it ran pretty well in a stock tune and much cooler. We are addressing the pump, rings, and blown turbo now... I have ran a 366 with .91 on some small 160s over the last 40k, and this spooled as quick if not a bit quicker than my setup with all the issues... Where did swamps get their housing? I can't imagine it was only produced with a 1.15?? Regarding the research, turbo was ordered prior to the truck arriving in the shop and removing the current unit... That was my fault.. Not an idiot, trying to find a solution is all. Surprised the housings are this limited is all. Not that it is important, but the kit was also mis advertised when bought...on this site... Yes I have tried fitting them up, they don't fit. An 80 mm will not fit in the old 74mm housing. I came to ask if we were to mill it out to accept the 80 are there any adverse affects. You really think a 1.15 would be that laggy with 230/100s? [/QUOTE]
