Need help ASAP rcd cp3 install

Im in the middle of installing my RCD CP3 kit, didnt come with directions or a belt. so first off is there a diagram or anything like measurments on where to drill the hole in the rockerbox? i dont want to just put a cut and guess, would nlike to drill a hole. second off if didnt come with a belt, anyone know the part number?
