Need Help!

Trying to enter diagnostics in H&S XRT Pro. Looked at the engine, then went to transmission to view and the unit locked up saying "establishing communication with vehicle". Waited for like five minutes then turned key off and unhooked.

Started back up and now have ABS light and the TCS light is on saying TCS OFF. I get code 0602-Powertrain Control Module Program Error

It will clear and ABS light goes out, then it comes right back on. Cleared it several times with the H&S and the Edge unit and it always comes back on. The TCS light stays on even when code is cleared.

All fuses under hood are good that I can check, I can not tell on the relays and other chit.

Completely reprogrammed it and that did not fix the problem, also updated the firmware.

Have you tried returning it back to stock? I'd hook up a charger for your batteries when tuning. I had a similar glitch when I had my SCT and was due to the battery.

Still no fix. ABS light on, TCS light on. Getting tired of no cruise 25K miles later. lol

Will unhooking the batteries do any good besides having to reset everything? Is the pcm trashed? Everything else works.

Return to to stock and get the truck re-flashed at ford, sounds like a ford file got messed up some how.

Could have an actual abs issue also.

i know with my sct i can turn trac control off so it wont come on witch turns the light on maybe still turned off via tuner?

Should have called h&s sounds like what my truck and a few others did when we needed batteries.
