I had it 4 months and cleaned the EGR 3 times (replaced it once), yanked the top of the motor apart and upgraded the ERG cooler and Oil cooler, replaced both fuel filters (motorcraft), replaced the oil filter (motorcraft) as well as Rotella full synthetic oil. New clamps for the exhaust/turbo and exhaust/ERG. Dipped and cleaned the intake, new gaskets - bolts - torqued correctly. And I was quite proud of myself for having done my first Diesel repair and saved myself over 2k in the process! After the job was done... It has been a couple months since the repair and now a new problem has reared it's ugly head.
