No crank after sct tuner

Okay so my buddy was gonna sell his old 3015 to a friend. They loaded the tune and it won't start. Returned to stock and still no start. Sct won't show codes and won't pull a vin.

Tuner was unmarried and has worked on two 03's previously. Truck not working is an 06

Give SCT a call. They may have to send him a tune file to get him going.
