I verified everythin was put back in right etc. then installed back in truck again with no luck. so I gave in and bought the first pump I could find in stock that was local. 673 dollars later and a dieselsites adrenaline pump im back on the road. installed it and after maybe 3-6 seconds of cranking the truck was back to life. I emailed joey at terminator engineering and he asked If I removed the 15/16 black plug and I said yes. so I am assuming that had something to do with it. I resealed everything on the hpop and even replaced the non serviceable plug with the new longer one. I have not noticed any differences in performance yet hopefully when I get my chip back from php I can notice the better pump. I really wanted to install a t500 since I heard nothing but great things about them. however I had time restrictions I was deploying in 3 days. so I had to fix the truck and not leave another project for the wife to stress out about at home. so thank you for all the people that replied to this post. I knew it had to be something with the pump but was not sure what it was. and I still don't. I guess its time to send it into joey to let him t500 it for me. so I will be pulling out a perfectly good hpop and selling the adrenaline. anyone have a idea on what a low mileage one is worth. wont have anymore then 1,000 miles. I put 200 on it before I left and my wife will onlky drive the truck to the grocery store or around town once a week while I am gone to make sure the truck is not just sitting. thanks again [/QUOTE]
