I have done an air test thru the IPR and hear no leaks. The kicker is I'm building a truck and putting a 73 ford cab on this so I'm using a warren diesel standalone harness. I'm going to do a leak down test thru the ICP port next to triple check that I don't have a leak. Could my Hpop be weak? Seams odd since it will start when powering the IPR off the battery.
