Put the ipr back in and cranking psi was about 2200 and it even fired for a second with no fuel bowl. Put it all back together, smoked and knocked for a while, and now its running great! So I am guessing the ipr was indeed stuck open when I initially took it apart. Glad it decided to crap out when it did. I was going to pick up a fifth wheel trailer when it decided not to start.
