Cycle the ignition w/ the 81 pin harness disconnected. You do not want fuel dumping into the cylinders when you now have air in both the oil and fuel system in the heads. You'll have to be patient, use a battery charger and let the fuel pump get fuel fully into the heads and injectors. The air in the hpop oil system in the heads may take a little longer. But near dead batteries won't help. I had to do several cycles of the fuel system and several disconnected cranking to get some oil back into the heads.
