No Start

Ok guys as some of yall know from my other thread, i have a 99 F550 wrecker at work that was running rough some times and also stalling ocasionally. Well that running rough has turned into a no start condition.

buzz test does absolutly nothing except a couple clicks but no buzz

koeo test and i get
p1277 cyl 7 (c) high to low side open
p1293 High side open bank 1
p1294 High side open bank 2

icp when cranking is around 1700psi (doesnt that seem high????)
what im pretty sure is the icp sensor (but i could be wrong) is clean as can be. just to be sure where is it located?

I would check your wiring harness under the valve cover and the connection on both side of the valve cover gasket.

i have checked the outside connection but im afraid to pull the vc's right now to check under them because of the weather. this thing has 2 cars loaded on it right now so i cant move it untill it starts or i find another wrecker to come unload it. i have a garage to work on it after i get it unloaded or i have to wait till the weather clears up

when you get the chance pull the covers and dissconect the connectors on each side of the gasket. use a volt meter and ohm across each pin and see if you have 5ohms or less.

ok. i should mention that i have changed the cps even though the other one was new and no change. my friend that is a tech says its possible that the idm died but he wouldnt replace it untill we can see idm codes. im using a snap on solus pro scanner, does any one know if there is a way to check idm codes?
