try this: Customer Concern: No turn signal operation. The hazard and brake lights are working properly. Average Reported Mileage: 149721 Tests/Procedures: 1. Check fuse 1 (20 amp), and 24 (10 amp) of the Junction Box/Fuse Relay Panel for a blown or missing fuse. 2. If the fuses check to be OK, access the flasher relay and check for power to the relay on a White/Light Blue (W/LB) wire from fuse 24 and a Red/White (R/W) wire from fuse 1. 3. Check the Black (BK) wire of the flasher relay to verify it is a good ground and check for voltage out of the flasher on the White/Red (W/R) wire and the Light Blue (LB) wire feeding the multifunction switch. 4. If the circuits leaving the flasher show battery voltage, disconnect the multifunction switch and jumper the W/R wire to a White/Light Blue (W/LB) wire and a Light Green/White (LG/W) wire. This should result in the front hazard flashers working. If so, replace the multifunction switch. Tech Tips: The flasher is located above and to the right of the OBD-2 diagnostic connector, under the driver side of the dash in a relay holding box that has a plastic cover over the relay. G202, which provides a ground circuit to the flasher relay, is attached to the vehicle body at the LH center support brace of the instrument panel.
