I pulled the drivers side front tire off and the little splash gaurd thats between the frame an inner wheelwell. After that, i removed the block heater cord, an then the actual block heater itself from the rear flange. There's 2 bolts on the front "header" flange of the cooler, an there's 3 bolts on the rear "flange" (it's also what the oil filter screws into). Then you slide the whole thing towards the back of the truck an it comes out pretty easy without removing anything else other than what I listed. After you get it out of the truck, both of the "header" flanges slide off either end an you'll then be able to clean it up an swap the o-rings. I had everything done up till this point in about a half hr working by myself. The biggest b!tch is getting it back together because with the new o-rings it's a pain to get it compressed enough for all the bolts to line up. I ended up using a hydrolic press an carefully pressed it back together because I couldn't compress it enough by hand. After that, slide it back in place, get the front 2 bolts started but leave them loose, then put the rear 3 bolts in, tighten everything down, an fill her back up with fluids an your good to go. It was a pretty easy job to do, other than getting the ends compressed enough so that I could get the bolts started. If yours has been leaking for awhile, do yourself a favor an get some type of degreaser an hose the driver's side off real good under the exhaust manifold and the surrounding area.
