Oil after deleted

Just curious what oil after deleted I'm still rockin the motocraft but was wondering if there is a better choice?

I have ran rotella t6 full syn. 5w40 since first change. I change it every 5k miles. I'm about to turn 20k

Amsoil for me. Got a business account so it's cheap for me....

I have tried T6, but I get the tick so I switched to the Motorcraft 10W30. All quiet now.

Rotella T-6 5/40 every 5000 miles probably could go longer but oil is cheap piece of mind for me.

What ever oil you use I would get that semi contamanated oil out of that engine and put some fresh in there........

Just swapped factory line oil with 3500 miles and put in Amsoil 5w30 HDD full synthetic. Runs noticeably quieter at throttle and idle.
