I have had that fall off several times and then motor dies and will not restart. Don't tighten the nut too tight or you will mess it up. I just put a little silicone on the end of IPR over nut and threads. Also, check the wires on the IPR and IPS and make sure they are plugged in. If your fuel heater is still hooked up check the maxi fuses under the hood and make sure there isn't any of the big fuses blown. I cannot remember which fuse for sure I think it is either 21 or 22.
