Oil seep front of motor

I have oil seeping out of the front of my motor not sure what this is its below the hpop. It the plate behind the hose

Hpop gear bolt cover. Remove it, clean the area. Apply new rtv and reinstall.

I've messed with that cover enough to know what to do with it. Lol. I still surprise people when I get the old hpop out and new one in without removing the fuel bowl. People seem to think that will be impossible.

I had this exact leak it was a lack of rtv behind that plate. Removed cleaned new rtv perfect not a drop 20 min fix.
