One of the owners of the company I work for has been restoring a 1952 Flxible bus. I don't have a picture, but will be doing a project/ rebuild thread soon. He purchased a Remaned Cummins 5.9L , year date 1996 with 40K miles on it. Suppose to be 230 HP with a 6speed Alison. The exsisiting motor is a late big block 454. I told while it is still in the crate, he should contact Power Hungry Performance or Lead Foot Diesel (these out standing business's are in our area) and see what options there are to "Tool Time Tim Taylor" it for more power. We are a Banks dealer (I know you guys are not big on Banks, but they are one of the only ones building stuff for RV motorhomes). A banks kit will increase the HP to +94hp and +214lbs-ft. so told.
