I figured I would update to finish this thread! Long story short it was the HPOP. So...truck has a new IPR, 250/200s, and a fresh Adrenaline. After the injectors were installed truck still acted up and then wouldn't even start. Started pulling the pump and the screen for the reservoir had metal shavings in it. Just enough to make me puke in my mouth a little. Got the pump out and it was able to be spun by hand. Didn't think this was right. Let's just say a new LPOP is in the truck and my spare motor rebuild is now priority! Gave Dieselsite a call and told them the HPOP was on the way. Sent it out on a Wednesday, they got it Friday, got an invoice Monday, pump was at the house Wednesday! Pretty impressed. Come to find out my pump was purchased in 09, mileage I put on it is unknown. Spoke to Bob for a while and asked him about my pump. He said when the pump was put on the test bench it made a god awful whine! A bearing had crapped and he has only seen it once if that! Our guess was something got in there and tore it up. LPOP shavings? Who knows. Old one was pretty hurt! Since it was from 09, it wasnt current. So for a fair fee it was rebuilt and is now up to date! Truck runs fantastic! My wallet is still sore and will be for a while. Let's just hope the rods last for a little bit! Thank to those helped!
