Then I posted on the forum and now I hear from you guys. I don't go out of my way to bash companies or say bad things. But the customer service I received was subpar at best. I would've been happy to not start this thread but I needed to get ahold of you guys and still to this day haven't heard a word. I will not recommend PIS to anyone. I'm going to leave it at that.
