Truck 2011 f250 d*****d and h&s

So today I changed the fuel filters on the truck. After priming the filters and checking connections I went for a test drive.
On "street" from 50-75 ipw went from 1224 to 1024 and rail pressure was 30.1 to 28.7 holding 24 psi
On "performance" from 50-75 ipw went from 1443 to 1331 & rail pressure was 24.5 to 26.3 holding 25 psi
So the question is is this normal or not? both times this was done was passing under full throttle. I have always understood that under full throttle I should be holding 28.0 or better on rail pressure. I see that the ipw is within the norm of where it usually is but it bothers me.

Also street under full throttle was clean with very little haze. Performance was still a fair amount of soot not horrible but noticeable.

Am I over thinking this or are there problems?
