Depends on your trailer and how level you want it to sit. How high are you wanting to go?

Oh maybe just level it. Prolly the highest I prolly go it 3" just a lil lift.

You'll be fine. There are plenty of guys on here towing with big lifts. I tow regularly with a 7.3 with a 6" lift and 37s. The rear axles on my gooseneck end up with more of the load since it doesn't sit as level as it should, but other than having to watch that, no complaints here.

Buddy put a 4" and 37s on his and it's ok... Leveled with 35s/37s will be fine... but really it's more about the trailer than the truck.

What's your friends offset. Cuz I've been looking at some rims too. 20x10 or 20x12. Still don't know if 20x12s will fit on a stock height F350.
