There are crimping pliers you can buy that are specific to radiator tank crimps. I just couldn't find them in time to do mine before I had to replace it. As a side note, I had 3 coolant leaks. One from the lower corner of the radiator, one from the coolant hose to the horizontal EGR cooler, and one from the coolant hose to the vertical EGR cooler. So mine got a new Ford radiator, and an EGR delete at the same time. No more leaks for now. And if anybody near me needs a radiator, I can get Ford parts at 15% over dealer cost.
