rear air conditioning

Looking for part numbers for rear ac lines / auxiliary a/c lines. Previous owner deleted the rear air and I want to resurrect. I'm assuming the lines leaked.

Just FYI I called my dealer about these a few months ago and he told me they were discontinued.

I got mine fixed by a local shop. They were able to just replace the one spot that had cracked.

I have not found a good aftermarket place to get a complete set of replacement lines from yet.

I found some hard line splice kits with flexible hose sections in the middle. Can get any length. I just want to verify that they are 1/2" and 5/8" and not metric or something else before I order.
