Find the offending latch, manually operate it to open the door then remove the latch. You can temporarily operate the truck with one latch. You cannot buy the upper or lower cable from Ford, you have to buy the entire lock mechanism. It cost about 1.5 million bucks. You can keep your eye open on the want ads and find someone parting one out, or go salvage yard hunting and find the latch you need for about 15 to 20 bucks.
