Ordered a set of aftermarket headlight housings to retrofit, plan is to use a set of fx-r 3.0's I have laying around and to keep the build simple (no halos or demon eyes).
What I haven't decided yet is what color to paint them, the housings are already flat black except in the headlight reflector bowl but I was thinking about color matching them to the truck (dark blue). I need opinions on what to do about that. And I will keep this thread updated when I start the retrofit.
Pic of truck for reference. If it makes any difference truck won't be so flashy for long, it's getting lowered from 11" to 4.5" and 37's in of the 40's currently on it.
