Retrofit kit

I haven't messed with 6.7's much but how hard is it to put the retrofit kit on a 2014 6.7. The guy is wanting to switch to a better turbo. And tips or tricks?

Plug and play-completely drop in. Super simple but I always pull the cab due to having large forearms and hate skinned knuckles plus bolts by braille is less than my favorite.

Do a 15+ HPFP when you are in there as it is a nice, reliable bump in power.

Tuning will need to be tweaked to optimize the turbo/pump combo but will still run reasonably on regular tunes.
