Roaring Issue

Hello guys I was driving my Daily Driver (hotshot) to work Thursday, and noticed a loud roaring sound. I do know my ball joints are bad. A guy at work told me they would making poping sounds though. So do I have other problems too? BTW Im new from just about everywhere Texas.

Was it warm/hot outside? If it was it could be fan clutch.

If it was cold, perhaps it's the exhaust back pressure valve for warm up.

Well Temp has been about the same the last 2-3 weeks. I could feel the vibration in steering wheel at about 50-65 MPH. Could it be power steering pump or is that out of the question?

Sounds like the front hub/bearings are bad but without more details its hard telling.

I'm gonna guess wheel bearings. Jack the truck up and shake the wheel see if its loose.
