This can burn one of the two sides or the other end of the that wires connector. You can pull the connector from each UVCH and at the UVCH connector use the multimeter same way as in those instructions. If the issue is in the UVCH it will show. If its not then you need to check between the IDM and the connector. The way to test the whole system was to do so at the IDM connector.
