The new 73mm turbine on the sxe turbos is actually new design not sure what borg did exactly but it's supposed to respond alot faster then the old 73 turbine. The fmw compresor wheel itself being smaller 64.5 vs 66 and it's design makes it spool faster then the 66. Also flows better then the cast 66.
