single turbo exhaust problems

alright im gonna start this off by saying i was on a trip from lincoln nebraska to houston texas. i was pulling a car and trailer which totalled around 12,000 pounds and on the way down in kansas there was a pop not very loud but it caught my attention because right after it my truck sounded like a straight piped harley... so i drove about 50 miles to the next town that would have a good parts store which was hutchinson kansas also i will add that i noticed no turbo whistle. so i pulled into a hotel as it was around 1 am and i popped the hood and this is what i saw...

so i immediately said faaaaaack there is soot everywhere so i knew then that it had to be some part of the exhaust. so i spend about 10 minutes looking at all the exhaust parts and this is what i found...

and once again i was yelling faaaaack haha

so i limped it to the part store and had to think of a quick fix so after a little looking around at what they have to offer and brainstorming. so i decided to go with a band type clamp although it is one that i have never seen before and some gasket seal

I'm assuming its a blown up pipe and your trying to patch it to get you home correct?

yes this is correct but i was searching for the picture of the temporary fix i did but i cant seem to find any.

then again after that my ficm and injectors 1-4-5-8 all went down on the way back right around the dallas area and the car we were trailering didnt sell at the auction so that didnt help... so my truck is currently sitting in dallas at FSS Diesel and i think it may be done i just need to catch a flight down to dallas and drive her home and did i mention that i blew out a built tranny the week before this trip...? and also the rear end is going out... my problems never end and i need help on how to go about fixing the pipe and the rear end

Its a 6.4 sorry for the mistake i cant remember what the guy said it was but the truck is a 2008 f350 srw
