Snow Plow Package Question

2015 truck has it but I will never use it. My question is this plug used to power the plow or is this a block heater? Don't recall block heater in my build sheet but maybe part of the plow prep package?

It's for the block heater. Unless you have the griddle option, then it cooks the sausage and pancakes.
