Snyder Performance Engineering failed to fulfill their end of the deal 2015 turbo kit In October of 2014 I decided to do a 2015 swap on my 2012. While calling around and determining who had what and how they were doing it, SPE came into my radar. Their kit wasn't a factory parts swap, they actually jigged up their own up-pipes and down pipe adapter. While this doesn't sound ideal, at the time there was a severe shortage and backlog of the factory parts so some shops couldn't even give a ship time. I was even "ok" with paying more for their kit (than others on the market) because they actually had kits in stock to ship Asap. The other deal MAKER was the promise that if I ordered their 2015 Kit "now" (at that time) that they'd ship with a factory intake plenum but for $1500 (upon build completion) you could get an upgraded intercooler and piping (y-pipe and hotside). They even had a pretty picture with their i/c and piping to lure you in. I got my kit (factory intake plenum) in a very timely manner and install was as it should be. I had a quick call into Dan at SPE and he cleared a couple things up during the install as well, great customer service thus far. When I inquired about the i/c piping a couple weeks later I was told to call after SEMA. So I did, and was told I was in the waiting list. A month went by, nothing but promises. Late January rolls by and I happen to be driving somewhat close and drive 6 HOURS out of my way to go see their shop and touch base. More promises and a "you're 2nd in line". Since then, not one phone call has been answered OR returned. Last email returned was January 14th. Last Facebook response was March 10th. While I thoroughly enjoyed our intial transaction, correspondence and even our late January meeting, I'm less then pleased with the overall outcome. I was content with paying more for the same kit others had at a cheaper price because of the promise that the i/c and piping would more than overcome the deficit in the end. But it may be a never ending story. I hope this helps someone decide how and who with they want to spend their money. I hold no loyalty to anyone (or shop) that doesn't respect me enough to fulfill their end of the deal or at least contact me. Jon
