Remove the oil cooler, pop the end caps off, clean everything up good, inspect the cooler tube to see if it is rotted. If not then replace the o-rings, clean the mating surfaces of the flanges and mounting surfaces on engine. Be sure to use assembly lube on the o-rings so you don't damage them. Use a ratchet strap to "pull" the ends down firmly on the tube. Re-install it into the truck with new gaskets. [/QUOTE]
