You asked for it so here she is. Need to snap pics of new cooling system and filter set up.

This is still a work in progress. This is our prototype. It is prolly the biggest spreader on the market.
Also this will haul solid or soupy stuff. And will hold 5,000 gallons.
The whole beater system comes off with four bolts and douse hoses and can have sides added on to be a 22 ton silage wagon.

I see you are using a wire feeder. Are you running short circuit, globular or spray transfer? One day I would like to have a wire feeder with enough balls and a pulser to do most of my heavy fab work using spray.

Sorry, didn't mean to geek out. What machine and gas you running (CO2, 75/25, 98/2.....)? I would love to fab something of that magnitude one day.

Lincoln power mig 225. 76/25 with 035 wire. It's sweet. Turn that baby up to 600 wire speed and 25 volts and it like turbo speed welding.

This is our 3rd big tlr. We have the fab side and custom farm work side and are trying to grow them together.
