The other big factor is in how the filler material welds. Looking at your welds they have lots of spatter and overall poor weld bead characteristics. Most likely due to technique and incorrect choice of shielding gas. Helium is hard to come by these days so most Stainless steel gas mixes use other elements. Argon is the most prevalent.
