I could not find a good write up, so I was going to write my own. There's no easy way to explain without either A: being over complicated or B: too complicated. Basically take the old stuff off and put it on. Here is pictures which can explain better than I can put it in words
Parts you'll need there is a part number for the spring too but I chose not to replace it, these are part numbers from ford:
Tools you're going to need. Also used I believe it was a 15m socket to remove the nut holding the wheel in :
