A wastegate is specific to a turbo, and diverts driving exhaust gasses away from the turbine wheel to slow it down. The turbo on this does have a 66 mm wastegate, but that has nothing to do with the supercharger. The system does have a blow off valve (dumps boost pressure when you snap off the throttle) as well.
