CR 7.3s are cool - they will be just as much of an attention getter as the mechanical 7.3s - but I am not sure that they will just come out of the gate and dominate and leave the competition scratching their heads..... they do however have every opportunity to put the 7.3 on a level playing field when it comes to horsepower capabilities.
