I went with the CSD kit because I liked that it uses the stock oil feed and return as opposed to pulling the fuel pump freeze plug in the valley for the return. The 364 will flow more air on top than your 38r and the 366 will flow a lot more air. Both the 64 and 66 will spool quicker than any 38r.
