The best option is to drill a 1/2" hole through the upper pan, behind the gasket path and weld an aluminum -12AN fitting at a small angle to the pan. An improper drain will either have one of two consequences: 1) Leaking from the pan gasket 2) Pushing oil past the compressor/turbine seal Hard to tell from this photo, but be sure to have a smooth downward slope from the charger drain to pan.
