I know stock Tq converters in the 5r's don't like brake boosting and i was launching from 15-20lbs of boost in 4 high all day long. I have NO gears at all. The other thing, it didn't make any noise when it broke. I was going probably 60 down the highway, all of a sudden it felt like i was pressing on the brake slowly but my foot was still in the accelerator and then all of a sudden nothing.
