I will be looking for tires in the next month or so. I was dead set on getting BFG AT. Not my favorite tire, but I always get 60k or more out of the tires. I just realized I can get 35" Toyo MT for about $125 per tire cheaper than the BFG. So my question is, What kind of mileage are you guys getting out of the Toyo? How do they ride? If I thought I could get around 50k out of them, I'd go that route. I drive about 55k miles per year, so I'd like to get a year out of them. Thanks for the input guys.

I have heard about people getting 50K + out of the MT's but, mainly on 1/2 trucks. I had two sets on my dodge and would only get about 25k out of them. They ride very good and are not very noisy.

I've got over 30k on my toyos and they are looking great. I'll have way over 40 I think. best riding and lowest noise MT I've run. a few buddies have run Nittos and barely gotten 30k if that out of them. not sure why. as for bfgs I ran 2 sets of KM2s and got over 40k miles

Thanks for the input fellas. I'm still up in the air. But it looks like I have another issue. I just noticed today that two spokes on the front left wheel are cracked. Has anyone dealt with tire rack for warranty issues?

It's an XD Monster. They are less than a year old. It seems like a freak thing. I won't be getting rid of my wheels. I'm actually buying another wheel and having it put on tomorrow and then going to see what I have to do to get the cracked one replaced. I drive 180 miles a day and can't afford to just wait to get it resolved.

Toyo MT's... 37-13.5-17 and 37-13.5-18's... We get about 55-65k out of each set. Chelseas Excursion is nothing but city driving 95% of the time. Mine is 90% hwy driving.

I'm betting I get at least 60k out of my 35" Toyo MTs. I got about 45k on them now and they still look great.

Now if I can get that kind of mileage out of a 33" or 35" I do not mind paying 2000.00 bucks for a set of tires. It hurts to think about spending that much to get 25k to 30k out of em though.

I talked to Tire Rack. They are shipping me the packaging to send it back for a refund. I have a local place that is getting me one tomorrow.

That's good to hear about the mileage some of you guys are getting out of the Toyo MT. I may have to give it a shot.

My local bell tire stocks the 35/12.5-20 toyos for $1500 a set. I love mine and they are wearing great for the way I drive. They ride awesome up to 100mph but I don't go faster then that since thats all they are speed rated to. There was a lot of problems before with the monsters cracking on our trucks. I was looking into them before I got my fuels but the cracking issues steered me away since I go to the dunes a lot and beat on my truck. Didin't want issues.
