I pulled the cables again and really really cleaned them, the had some oxidation on the inside of the connectors and the crossover wire to the other battery was a little lose. Did that and bingo truck started. only thing I can guess is maybe the oxidation was blocking the current and enough was trickling thru to trigger the Antitheft system dunno if that is possible.
