I found on PHP's website Bill has provided a conversion tool that will switch the file from one to the other. I've ran into this before as my definitions are 256kb while my Hydra customers (I'm a PHP dealer) need 224kb files, or rather 225kb after encryption, to work without stalling after switching to my tweaked files from the included free tunes.
