Depending on the rpm at which the problem is happening. Down low you can back off the fueling a little bit and the vgt duty cycle and it should get rid of the surging. Again if it is super low in the rpm band you can have your truck downshift a little easier to get the flow up. Another option is to get a turbo with a bigger turbine wheel.
