You may be able to get away with the original 12'x5' piece that I ordered, but I started cutting pieces as I went rather than tracing out all the pieces that I needed in the beginning. The hardest part on the truck was the upper bumper piece. It just has some tricky angles, and I used only one piece of vinyl on it and every other section. I highly recommend starting on the sides of the truck and the rear bumper to get an idea of how the material applies and stretches, etc. You can easily stretch/burn a hole in it when applying with the heat gun, so it's nice to have some feel for it before jumping to the flares and front bumper. The first flare I did took about an hour or so. I can now do it in about 15 minutes. [/QUOTE]
