As for the OP - although I still don't clearly understand a damn thing he has typed out - I will say that ALL the tires need to be IDENTICAL across the back of the truck in a dually configuration. Different rim size does effect the outside diameter of the tire. As a proof I just went and grabbed a quick little snippet for a set of BFG A/T tires in 35" flavor - one with a 15" rim and one with a 16.5" rim - there is a 0.1" difference in tire height between the two tires and that equates to a 1/2" circumferential difference.
