I used one hole at the top and the one at the bottom of the fog light mount on the bumper. Drilled some holes in the plate, put some paint on em and bolted them to the bumper. I also ordered the U cradle from Rigid with the light and I bolted that straight to the brackets i built, light mounts to the U cradle.
